Sound Factory owner and producer Jeff Peek has had a varied carrier in the music industry. In 1996 Jeff started a live sound production company (Sound Solutions) in San Francisco California and quickly became the go to company for music festivals and clubs.  Jeff expanded Sound Solutions in 1998 to include a small recording studio with much success. In 2000 Jeff picked up and moved to Nashville Tennessee to work for Quad Recording Studios on Music Row. Working with some of the the top producers and engineers Jeff has gained a wealth of knowledge in the realm of technique and equipment. Jeff has worked with famed engineers George Tutko ( John Melloncamp, Duran Duran, the Stones, Kiss, Blondie) Tony Maserati ( Black Eyed Peas, Britney Spears, Jason Mraz, Pussy Cat Dolls, Ja Rule, TuPac). Jeff moved to Charleston South Carolina in 2004 and in 2008 opened The Sound Factory where he is now recording and producing a wide spectrum of music. The Sound Factory is located behind a private residents in West Ashley near the Stono River. Built from the ground up using the latest construction techniques the Sound Factory has a 15'X20'X12' tracking room and a 12'X20' control room.
